At bespace, customer satisfaction is important to us.


Returns & Refunds

  • We accept refund requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Used or altered products

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Change of mind after delivery


Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
